The Vienna Christmas Market Tour is available every day between Nov 23 and Dec 23, 2018.
Recommended tour start is at 9am, but as it’s a private trip, you can amend the schedule as it suits you, starting slightly earlier or later.

9 am: Hotel Pickup in Budapest
11.20 am (approx.): Arrival in Vienna
11.20 am – 5 pm: Visiting Vienna Christmas Markets – you choose which ones
5 pm: Departure from Vienna to Budapest
7.20pm (approx.): Hotel Drop Off in Budapest

Miscellaneous Info  of the Viennese Christmas Market Day Trip

• The trip between Budapest and Vienna takes approx. 2 hours 20 minutes, it is an estimated trip duration, which might be longer / shorter depending on the actual traffic
• Most of the Viennese Christmas Markets are in the city centre, within walking distance from each other (5-8 minutes on foot), except for the Christmas Market at the Schonbrunn Palace, the imperial summer residence. If you wish to visit the Market at the Schonbrunn Palace too, please let the driver know (also of any other requests of your preferred routes in Wien)
• The English speaking driver is available for your service during the whole duration of the tour, and takes you wherever You wish to go within the city boundaries of Vienna. The driver is not a guide though, so please do not expect a professional guided experience.
• Clothes recommended: Comfortable, warm, weatherproof for Vienna / Budapest weather conditions (preferably warm shoes hat, gloves, scarf) as in winter months in most of Europe, occasionally below zero degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit)
• We recommend you to bring: something to drink and eat (please note that eating/drinking in the bus is not allowed), some cash (preferably in EUR as Austria is part of the Euro zone), any special items you may need (camera, ID, any medication you need, etc.) on a full day trip for at least 10 hours
• Cancellation: min. 48 hours before the program starts. Within 48 hours the tour fee is non refundable.
